Madumeh vese toh ek aam bimari hai, lekin ek baar ye ho jaaye toh isse picha nahi chudana mushkil ho jaata hai. Aap ghrelu upayo se iss rog se bach sakte ho. Madumehh ke marijo ko khaan-paan ka khaas dhyaan rakhna chahiye.diabetes

Agar aapko madhumeh hai toh apko bhook se thoda kam bhojan lena chahiye.

AAYE JAANTE HAI DESHI NUSKHE:

  1. Madhumeh ke rogi aaj kal badhte ja rahe hai isliye apko apne khaan-paan par dhyaan dena chahiye. Khaaskar tab jab apk mata-peeta ya parivar ke kisi sadsya ko madumeh ho.
  2. Madumehh ke rogi ko bhook bahut lagti hai isliye aapko bhook se thoda kam khana chahiye. Apko khaane mein jada kheere ka paryog karna chahiye.
  3. Maadumeh ke rogi ko paani adhik matra mein lena chahiye. Agr aap nimbu paani lege toh apki sehat ke liye bahut acha hoga.
  4. Madhumeh mein ankhe kamjoor ho jaati hai isliye apko gajar-palak ka rass milakr peena chahiye.
  5. Aapko khaane mein tori, loki, palak, gajar, kheere, papeeta (papaya) ka jada paryog karna chahiye.
  6. Jamun ki chhal, ras, aur gudda madumeh ke rogiyo ke liye raambaan hai.
  7. Jamun ki nahi iski guthli bhi madumeh mein kargaar sidh hai.
  • jamun ki guthli ko barik churan bana kar rakh le.
  • Din mein 2-3 baar, 3 gram ki matra mein lene se peshaab mein sugar ki matra kam ho jaati hai.
  1. Uble karele ka paani peene se madumeh rogiyo mein sugar ki matra kam ho jaati hai.
  2. Methi daana ka churan bana kar daily khaali pate lene se madumeh thik ho jaata hai.
  3. Shalgam ka slaad, sabji, ya pranthe khaane se blood mein sugar ki matra kam ho jaati hai.
