Badti umar ke chalte bohot c health problems ka samna karna padta hai. Jodo ka dard(joint pain) bhi in problems mein se ek hai. Agr samye rahte jodo ke dard ka ilaaj na karaya jaye to ye gambhir roop bhi le skta hai. Jodo ke dard ke bohot se karn ho skte hai chot lagne ya fir allergy hone se bhi jodo ka dard ho skta hai. Kuch gharelu nushkho ka upyog krke jodo ke dard se chutkara paya ja skta hai.

Adrak(ginger)

Rojana khane mein adrak ke powder ka istemaal kre aur adrak ke tail se joint ki malish kijiye. yeh joint pain ke liye bohot labh dayak hai.

iske ilava jire ke bij, adrak aur kali mirch ko pis le. iska sevan din mein 3 baar krne se bohot labh milta hai.

Lehsun(garlic)

Lehsun mein mojud selenium aur sulphur jodo ke dard ko kam krdete hai. Jodo ke dard se preshaan vyakti ko apne bhojan mein lehsun ka peryog jarur krna chahiye. lehsun ke tail se dard vali jagah per malish krni chahiye.

iske ilava 2 kalia lahsun aur 2 table spoon sarso ke tail ko ache se garm krke ek oil tyaar krlijiye. Thanda hone ke baad roj din mein 2 baar is tail se malish krne se bohot labh milta hai. 

Pyaaz(onion)

Pyaaz bhi jodo ke dard mein sudhaar lata hai. Isme mojud vitamin ‘C’ jodo ke dard ko kam krta hai. Aap apne bhojan mein kache pyaaz ka sevan kr skte hai.

iske ilava pyaaz ko jad samed pakane aur salaad ke roop mein khane se bhi bohot labh milta hai.

Haldi(turmeric)

Haldi ke guno ke baare mein to sab he jante hai. Haldi mein curcumin paya jata hai aur isme antioxidant gun hone ke sath-sath ye anti inflammatory bhi hoti hai. jiske karn joint pain bohot kam hojata hai. Ek glass garam pani mein haldi ki thodi c matra mila kr pine se dard mein bohot rahat milti hai.

iske ilava 1/2 tea spoon adrak ka ras aur haldi ko 2 cup pani mein ubal lo. iske sevan se bhi bohot labh milta hai.
