ऐसे पाए migraine से छुटकारा ।

Lagbhag 75 percent log migraine se suffer kr rahe hai. Humare brain mein chemicals ke sudden changes ke karan aisa hota hai.

Isk kuch anya karan bhi hai jaise tanav, tez aawaj, samya par khana na khana, low blood sugar, hormones mein badlav, paani ki kami (dehydration), tez roshni (bright light).

Isse bachav ke liye aap kuch prakritik ghrelu nuskhe apna sakte hai jisse apko migraine mein relief milega.migraine

  1. Ice pack: migraine mein ice pack ka istemaal krna bhut hi effective nuskha hai.
  • kuch ice cubes ko ek towel mein wrap kr le aur isse apne forehead (maarha), aur gardan ke piche 10-15 minute ke liye rakhe. aur iss parkriya ko tab tak repeat krte rahiye jb tak apka dard na chala jaye.
  1. Peppermint (pudina): pudina ki anti-inflammatory properties unn tantrikaon (nerves) ko shant krti hai jinki vjhan se dard hota hai.
  • Aap pudine ki chai mein honey mila kr pee sakte hai. 

Aap apne sr ke har ek hisse ko peppermint essential oil se massage kr sakte hai. Massage ke baad 20-30 minutes tak isse laga kr chord de. Apko migraine pain mein  aaram milega.

  1. APPLE CIDE VINEGAR (SEB KA SIRKA): seb ka sirka migrain ko kam krne ke sath-sath KABAZ (constipation), WEIGHT LOSS, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, BLOOD SUGAR (MADUMEH) ko bhi niyantrit krta hai.
  • 1 tbsp seb ka sirka ek glass paani mein milaye. 
  • Abb isme 1tbsp honey milakr  isko pratidin piye. Apko jb migrain ho toh aap din mein 2-3 baar bhi iska sevan kr sakte hai.
  • Agr aapse 1table spoon nhi piya ja raha hai toh aap 1tea spoon se shuruat kr sakte hai fir dhire dhire quantity badha dijiye. Jb aapko migraine ho tb aap 2-3tbsp bhi le sakte hai. Isse apko jaldi aaram milega.
  1. COFFEE: ek cup strong coffee ka migraine kam kr sakta hai. Isk effect ko bdhane ke liye aap isme taza nimbuu ka ras mila kr bhi le sakte hai. Coffee mein present caffeine blood vessel ko restrict krta hai aur unn receptors ko aane se rokta hai jo migrain ka karan hote hai.
  2. APPLE: jaise apko lagta hai ke apko migraine hone vala hai toh aap ek seb par namak laga kr le sakte hai aur usk baad halka garam paani pe le. Research btati hai ke jin logo ko green Apple ki smell achi lagti hai unko migraine mein jaldi aaram milta hai.
  3. GINGER (ADRAK): apko jb migraine ho tab aap din mein 3-4 baar adark ki chai le sakte hai. Isse apko migraine mein jaldi hi aaram milega.
  • yogasan dwara bhi migraine kaafi hadd tak kam ho jaata hai aur agr aap pratidin yoga kre toh ho sakta hai ke apko hmesha ke liye iss dard se chutkara mil jaye.

  3. PADMASANA (Lotus pose).
  4. SETU BANDHASANA (Bridge pose).
  5. SHISHUASANA (Child pose).
  6. MARJARIASANA (Cat stretch).
  7. PASCHIMOTTANASANA (Two-legged forward bend).
  8. HASTAPADASANA (Standing forward bend).
