Imli ka upyog vese toh khane mein taste add krne ke liye kiya jaata hai lekin humare swasthya ke liye imli ke faydo ka varnan ayurveda mein bhi hai. Imli ke fool (flower), beej aur isk patte bhi hume swasth rakhne mein aham bhumika nibhate hai.

  1. MOTAPE SE CHHUTKARA: imli mein hydro citric naam ka acid paya jaata hai jo aapki body mein banne vale fat cells ko dhire-dhire kam krta hai. Isk ilawa imli overeating se bhi bchati hai.
  2. DAANTO KE LIYE LABHDAYAK: jo log paan ya tmbakoo ka sevan krte hai ya daanto mein iron ki matra jada hone ke karan daant pile ho jaate hai toh vo log imli ke beej ko pees kr powder bana le aur iss powder se subha shaam daanto ki sfai krege toh daant saaf aur chmkdaar bann jayege.

  4. LU LAGNE SE BACHAV: garmio mein aksar bacho aur vridh logo ko lu lagg jaati hai. Isse bachne ke liye aap ek glass paani mein 25gm imli bhikoar iska paani piye. Isk sath-sath imli ka gudda hath-paav ke talle pr lgane se lu ka asar khtm ho jata hai.
  5. BAVAASEER (PILES) MEIN FAYDA: bavaaseer jaisii bimari aksar operation se hi thik hoti hai lekin aap isse natural tarike se thik kr sakte hai. Imli ke fool (flower) aur patto(leaves) ka juice bana kr lene se bavaaseer (piles) mein aaram milta 
  6. DIABETES CONTROL: ye blood sugar level ko ka krne mein helpful hai. Ye body mein carbohydrates ko absorb hone se rokti hai jisse sugar level thik rahta hai. 
  7. PILIA (JAUNDICE) MEIN RAHAT: imli ke fool aur patto ko paani mein ubaal le fir uss paani ko thanda hone par din mein 2 se 3 baar piye aisa krne se piliye ke patient ko rahat milegii.
  8. BLOOD PRESSURE CONTROL: imli mein present iron aur potassium blood pressure ko control krne aur red blood cells lo bdhane mein helpful hai.
