KYA KHAANA CHAHIYE:

Aap jo bhi khaaye chabba kar khaaye aur chhote chhote niwale bana kar khaaye. Hari sabjiya aur taza rassdaar fallo ka sewan kare. Halka garam paani peene se bhi gas ki samsya nhi hoti. Isk ilawa aap lassi, sonf, nimbu, ajwain, bhi le sakte hai.

Pate ki gas se bachne ke liye sabse acha upaaye hai ke aap pratidin vyayam(exercise) kare. Yog karne se pachan tantra swasth banta hai.
