KAISE AAP APNI HEIGHT KO BADA SAKTE HAI:

  1. SKIPPING (Rassi kudna) / basketball: rassi kudne se bones (haddiyo) mein blood supply badh jaati hai jisse humare sharir ki lambi haddiyo par pressure padta hai aur humari haddiyo ki lmbai badhti hai. Basketball khelne se bhi height badhti hai.
  2. VERTICAL HANGING (SEEDHA LATAKNA): seedha latkana sunne mein bahut hi simple exercise lagti hai lekin ye bahut hi parbhavshali exercise hai. Ye humari vertebrae mein cartilage ko bdhati hai jisse humari reed ke haadee badhti hai aur hume lamba hone mein madad milti hai.
  3. COBRA POSE (BHUJANGASANA): ye aasan karte samya sharir ka aakar fun uthaye hue saanp (snake) ki tarha hota hai issi liye isse bhujangasana kahan jaata hai. Suryanamskar karte samya 7th number par ye aasan kiya jaata hai. Iss aasan se uppari bhaag ki muscles mein khichav aata hai jisse humari height badhti hai.
  4. LYING TWO WAY STRETCH: farsh par sidha late jaaye. Apki chest (chhati) uppar ki taraf face kar rahi ho aur apki  arms(baaju) aapk sr se uppar ki taraf sidhi ho. Apni arms aur legs ko uppar ki taraf uthaye aur iss position ko 20 second tak hold kar ke rakhe. Height badhane ke liye ye exercise bahut hi effective hai. 

Humari height kitni hogii ye genetic factors dwara pata chalta hai. Lekin humari diet aur exercise bhi humari height bdhane mein ek aham bhumika nibhate hai. Vese toh 25 ki umar ke baad height ruk jaati hai lekin exercise aur healthy diet kuch inches tak humari height badhane mein madad karte hai.
