BAASI ROTI KE FAYDE:

Hum sab apni sehat behtar krna chahte hai lekin kuch log isk liye moti rakam kharch karte hai toh kuch kharch nhi kar paate. Aaj hum apko jo btane ja rahe hai isk liye apko kuch bhi kharch nhi karna padega, aap apne daily ke kharch se hi apni sehat behtar bana sakte hai…

Agar aap baasi roti ko kuch iss tarha khayege toh aap bilkul swasth rah sakte hai.

  1. Raat ki bachi hue roti subha dhudh ke sath khaane se aap apne aap ko ek dam fit aur energetic (urjaawan) mahsus krege.
  2. Agar aap Basi roti ko thande dhudh ke sath khayege toh aapko apne sharir mein safurti najar aayegi.
  3. Subha subha thanda dhudh, thanda paani aur basi roti khaane se aapki pachan kriya behtar hogii aur aap pate ki lagbhag saari bimariyo se dur rah sakte hai.
  4. Basi roti khaane se aap diabetes (madumeh) jaisii bimari se bhi dur rah sakte hai.
  5. Aaj kal sabhi heart attack, blood pressure jaisii bimariyo se preshaan hai lekin Baasi roti ko thande dhudh ke sath khaane se  aap inn sabhi bimariyo se dur rah sakte hai.
  6. Garmio mein baasi roti khaane se body ka temperature sahi rahta hai.
  7. Agr aapko high blood pressure (uchh rakat chaap) ki samsya hai toh aap rojana thande dhudh ke sath 2 baasi roti khaayege toh apka blood pressure sahi rahega.
