बुखार के समय क्या खाये और क्या ना खाये ?

bukhaar ke samye kya khaye:

Bukhaar mein hume apne khane pine ka vishesh roop se dhyaan rakhna chahiye.

Bukhaar ke samye aap roti bhi kha skte hai per dhyaan rakhe ki uspr kisi tarah ke ghee ya tail ka istemaal na kre. Roti khane se apko energy milegi aur pate bhi bhara rahega.

Bukhaar mein kya nhi khana chahiye ?

– Bina ubla dudh aur usse bane perdarth.
– Tail ya ghee mein bani hoi vastuye.
– Fast food pizza, burger.
– Cold drink.
– Sharaab.
– Cigarette.
– Tikha bhojan.
