1. 2tbsp haldi, 1tsp honey, 7-8 drops rose water.
Teeno ko ache se mix kr face par apply kre aur 20 minutes k baad cold water se face wash kr le.
Haldi face par pade pigmentation ko saaf krne mein help krti hai.

 

2. 2tbsp haldi, 1tsp chandan powder mein paani milakr paste bana lijiye. Isse pimple jaldi thik ho jayege.

 

3. Haldi aur wheat flour ko equal amount mein le. 10-12 drops gulab jal ki mix kre. Thoda sa paani mila kr puri body par apply kre.. haldi body scrub ka bhi kaam krta hai. Ye parkriya week mein ek baar jaror kre. Ye apki skin ko komal aur chamakdar bnane mein help krta hai..

 

4. Pregnancy ke dauran aaye stretch marks ko remove krne mein bhi haldi bhut beneficial hai.
