TEZI SE MOTAPA GHTANE KE 4 BEHTARIN YOGASAN

 

DHANURASAN YOG: dhanurasan do shabdo se milkar bana hai. DHANI yaani ‘DHANUSH’ aur AASAN yaani ‘YOG’ karne ki kriya. Iss aasan ko karne se dhanush jaisii mudra bnani padti hai. Isilye isse dhanurasan kahan jaata hai. Ye bahut hi important aasan hai. Iske humare swasth ko bahut se labh milte hai.

LABH: Motapa kam karna, peeth ko majbooti pardan karna, asthma mein labhdayak aur iske sath-sath ye apki reed ki haddi ko bhi lachila bnata hai.

SETUBAND YOGASAN: Iss aasan se kamar aur reed ki haddiyon ko sidha bnaye rakhne mein madad milti hai. Iss aasan se pate ki charbi bhi bahut tezi se kam hoti hai. Ye humare merudand ko lachila bnata hai. Iss aasan se gardan tanav mukat banti hai aur maspeshiya majboot banti hai.

HALAASAN YOG: Halaasan shabd ka arth hai kisaan ka hal. Agar aap daily ye assan kroge toh apka sharir nirog rahega. Sath hi sath ye aasan gardan ko sidha aur lachila bnata hai. Iss aasan ke dwara aap bahut hi aasani se apni reed ki haddi ko majboot aur motapa kam kar sakte hai.

BALAASAN: agr aap apne pate ko kam karna chahte hai toh balaasan daily 5 se 10 minutes tak kare. Ye apki pate ki maspeshiyon ko majboot bnata hai aur wajan kam karta hai.
