ARMS में जमे FAT को ऐसे करे कम।

Vese toh sharir ke kisi bhi hisse mein jama fat acha nahi lagta lekin bahut baar bajuao mein sharir ke kisi hisse se atirikit fat jama ho jaata hai.

KYA HAI KARAN:

Hormones mein badlav metabolisam ko dheema kar deta hai jisse sharir ke kai hisso par jaise baaju, kulha, pate par fat jama ho jaata hai. 

Isk ilawa baar baar gym join karna aur chhodna bhi isk karan hai. Agr hum apna goal pura hone se pahle hi gym chhord dete hai toh isse sahrir ke bahut se hisso par fat jama ho jaata hai.

EXERCISE BALL SE FAT KAM:

Exercise ball se exercise karne se hath, pate aur kamar par jama fat kam ho jaata hai. Pratidin 20 minutes tak iski madad se exercise jaroor kare.

RASSI KUDNA (SKIPPING):

Rassi kudne se wajan kam hota hai,muscles strong banti hai aur unme lachilapan aata hai. Ye sunishchit kar le ke rassi ki lambai dono taraf se brabar ho. Pahle dhire aur fir tez se rassi kudde isse haatho ki exercise ache se hoti hai.

SURYA NAMSKAR:

surya namskar se sharir ke har ek hisse ka fatt toh kam hota hi hai sath ke sath lungs, skin, joints, eyes, hair, liver, tak ke liye fademand hai.

PRANAYAM:

Iska sidha asar thyroid gland par hota hai. Isme ‘OM’ ka uccharan hi kiya jaata hai, par OM KE ‘Mai’par dabav diya jaata hai jisse thyroid gland sakriya ho jaata hai.

KURSI (CHAIR) KI MADAD:

Isk liye aapko jammen se 2 ya 3 feet uchhi kursi leni hai. Haatho ko piche ki aur modakar kursi ke aage vale hisse mein rakhe aur pairo ko jammen mein lagakar haatho ki madad se uppar-niche kare. Gym jaane ki jghan kursi ke iss istemaal se bajuao par jama fat aasani se kam hota hai.
