  • Sugary beverage (meetha pey) ka km paryog kre kyu ke isme jada calories hoti hai jo apki health ko nuksaan pahucha sakti hai. Isliye water best option hai.
  • Aap apne water mein natural flavour add kr sakte hai. Lemon,strawberry ki slices cut kr apne paani mein add kr le. 
  • Aapko light food lena chahiye jo aasani se digest ho jaaye. Junk aur oily food ko avoid krna chahiye.
