– kachi sabjio mein vitamin ‘A’, vitamin ‘C’, iron aur minerals jaise poshak bharpur matra mein hote hai iske sath-sath isme calcium aur anye poshak bhi hote hai. Joki apko bohot c bimario se bachate hai.

– Salaad humare sarir se kabaj( constipation) aur cholesterol ki samasya ko dur krta hai. Kyuki ye fiber se bharpur hota hai. Agr aap khana khane se pahle salaad ka sewan karoge to aap in problems se to bachoge he aur sath he apka weighr bhi kam hoga.

– Salaad mein calories ki matra bohot km hoti hai. Km calories hone ke karn ye apke atayadhik weight ko km krta hai. Salaad mein apko avocado aur anye fruits ko bhi shamil krna chahiye. Jisse apki body ko bharpur iron aur anye poshak milenge.
