Pero mein dard to aaj ke samye ki aam samasya hai. Pero mein dard hone pr kisi bhi karye ko karne ka mann nhi krta hai our sharir gira gira rahta hai.

BARF KI SIKAI KA TARIKA: Barf ke kuch tukdo ko plastic bag(polythene) mein daal kr toliya mein lapet le. Ab isse dard vaali jagah pr 15-20 minute sikai kre. Dhyaan rakhe ki kabhi bhi barf ko sidhe tor pr skin pr istemaal na kare.

MASSAGE 

Sharir ke kisi bhi dard se chutkara pane ke liye massage ek bahtrin upaye hai. Massage se shrir mein khun ka bahaav tej hojata hai. Jisse mashpeshio mein hone vaale tanaav our dard se chutkara mil jata hai.

MASSAGE KRNE KA TARIKA: Nariyal, olive ya sarso ka tail ko thoda sa garm krle. Ab isse dard vaali jagah pr 10-15 minute tak massage kare. Aisa krne se bohot jaldi araam milta hai.
