ADRAK: agar apko safar ke dauran ulti mahsus hoti hai toh aap adrak ki chai pee kar hi apni yatra ke liye ghar se nikale. Agr aapko fir bhi ulti mahsus ho toh aap adrak ka tukda apne muh ke andar rakh le aur dhire-dhire chbaye.

ILAYCHI: apko jaise hi ulti mahsuh ho, ussi samya do ilaychi kha lene se apko jaldi aaram milega. Isse pate ki acidity bhi shant ho jayegii aur khana bhi hazam ho jayega.

LAUNG: safar ke dauran aapko laung chusni chahiye isse jee michlana aur ulti hona bhi band ho jayega.

PYAAZ AUR ADRAK: safar mein jaane se adha ghante pahle 1 chamach pyaaz aur 1 chamach adrak ke ras ko mila kar pee le. Agar apka safar jada lamba hai toh iss ras ko apne sath bana kr rakh le aur 4-6 ghante ke baad usse fir se pee le. Iss ras ko peene se jee nahi michlata aur ulti bhi nahi aati.
