GOONKARI SAUNF(FENNEL):

 

  • Ek chamach (spoon) saunf 2 cup paani mein ubaal le aur iss mishran ko din mein 2-3 baar le. Aanto ke liye ye mishran bhut hi faydemand hai.
  • Saunf ki pattiyo ko chaba kr khaye. Isme khansi (cough) se related preshaniya jaise dama, bronchitis ko dur rakhne ki shamta hai.
  • Saunf ko anjeer k sath khane se bhi khansi dur hoti hai.
  • Maasik chakr (menstrual cycle) ko niyamit bnane k liye bhi saunf ko gud k sath khana chahiye. Ye masik chakr k dauran hue dard ko bhi thik krta hai.
  • 10 gram peesi hue saunf mein 10 gram hi shklr milakr le. Isk sevan se hatho aur pairo ki jalan dur ho jaati hai.
  • Cholesterol ke level ko balance rakhne ke liye khana khane ke 30 minutes baad 1 chamach sonf kha le.
  • Pate ki bimariyon ke liye bhi saunf goonkari hai jaise marod, dard aur gastric disorder ke liye.
  • Saunf mein bhut parkar ke aromatic oil hote hai jo muh se badbo (bad odour) ko htate hai.
  • Saunf ko grind kr ke rakh lijiye. Daily subha sham ek cup garam paani mein ek chamach saunf powder mila kr lene se apki digestion power badhegii aur metabolism fast hoga. Jisse apko WEIGHT LOSE krne mein help hogii.
  • Saunf pimple aur unk nishano ko saaf krti hai. Kuch saunf ko tab tak ubaale (boil) jb tak ye apna colour na change kr le. Thanda hone ke baad isko face par apply kre. 15 minutes ke baad face wash kr le. Ye pimple ko hone se rokta hai.
