dudh(milk) pine ka sahi samye:

AYURVEDA ke anusaar dhudh manushya sharir ke liye behad jarori mana gaya hai. Ayurveda ke anusaar ek vyakti ko agar swasth rahna hai toh usse pratidin garam dhudh peena chahiye. 

Isme vitamins (A, K aur B12), thiamine, nicotinic acid, minerals jaise calcium, phosphorus, sodium, aur potassium paaye jaate hai.

KIS SAMYA DHUDH PEENE SE KYA PARBHAAV HOTE HAI : 

  • MORNING: subha ke samya dhudh peena acha maana jaata hai. Surya ki kirno mein dhudh achi tarha se digest ho jaata hai.
  • AFTERNOON: dopahar ko dhudh peene se budhe logo mein taakat aati hai. Agar apke urinary system mein pathri ho toh ye usse bhi nahi hone deta.
  • EVENING: shaam mein dhudh peena ankhon ke liye acha maana jata hai.
  • NIGHT: raat mein dhudh peene se thkawaat dur hoti hai aur nend bhi achi aati hai.

RAAT KO DHUDH PEENA PHAAYDEMAND KYU HAI:

  • Dhudh mein amino acid tryptophan paaya jaata hai jo ki melatonin ( isse sleep hormone ke naam se bhi jaana jaata hai) hormones ke level ko increase krta hai jisse anindra (nend na aana) ki bimari thik ho jaati hai. Isk ilawa dhudh shaam ko behatar tarike se avashoshit (absorb) ho jaata hai.
  • Milk calcium ka uchh satrot hai, jo ki haddiyo ko majboot banata hai. 

DHUDH PEETE SAMYA HUME KIN BAATON KA DHYAAN RAKHNA CHAHIYE.

  • Raat mein sone se 3-4 ghante pahle dhudh peena chahiye.
  • Agar apko fever, kamjor pachan kriya, khaansi, skin problem ya pate mein kidde hai toh apko dhuhd nahi peena chahiye.
  • Khana khane ke sath dhudh peene se ye digest nahi hota. Halka garam dhudh khana khane ke baad ya usse pahle lena chahiye.
  • Thanda dhudh humari sehat ke liye nuksaandey hota hai. Isme present homogenized humare khaane ke sath mix hokar humari sehat ko bigaad dete hai.
  • Agar apko dhudh peene ke baad pate mein dard, vomit (ulti), pate mein soojan, loose motion (dast) jaisii samsya ho toh apko dhudh nahi peena chahiye.
